About the Guest:

Erika Nordfelt (she/her) resides in Rexburg, ID, and holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Adams State College. She specializes in trauma therapy and provides support to LGBTQ+ clients, as well as individuals questioning or transitioning away from high-demand religions. Erika incorporates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) techniques in her practice.

As the owner and clinical director of Greenstone Counseling, Erika is also actively involved in the mental health community. She currently serves on the board of the Mormon Mental Health Association.
