About the Guests:
Lindsay Ferguson is a CSW intern therapist and an MSW graduate student at Louisiana State University, graduating in May 2026. She works with individuals of all ages and couples, supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, LGBTQ+ experiences, religious transitions, and mental health challenges, with a focus on values-based, meaningful living. https://symcounseling.com/lindsay-ferguson/
Amy Roy is a therapist-in-training and Certified Life Coach who believes deeply in personal empowerment and helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. Her work is shaped by years in higher education and her own lived experience with faith transition and recovery, which inspired her to pursue clinical training. Amy is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating recovery, trauma, and major life transition.
