About the Guests:
Dee-Dee is a life coach at Symmetry Counseling, who supports people in becoming the best versions of themselves. Grounded in her own life journey, she is a passionate advocate for marginalized communities and helps clients navigate relationships, challenge unhealthy thinking patterns, and build meaningful connection. With a straightforward yet deeply caring style, Dee-Dee encourages people—especially lifelong people-pleasers—to prioritize themselves. She is also an award-winning playwright and sought-after speaker, blending storytelling and insight to inspire growth and change. https://symcounseling.com/dee-dee-darby-duffin/
Darby is a Certified Social Worker in Utah who is passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces and supporting people on their path toward mental wellness. She works with a diverse population, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and approaches therapy through a feminist, multicultural lens that recognizes the impact of systemic oppression. Darby supports clients navigating emotional regulation, relationships, sexuality, life transitions, and faith-related concerns, and often integrates mindfulness and meditation into her work. She believes that while healing isn’t linear, our greatest challenges can become meaningful opportunities for growth. https://symcounseling.com/darby-mest/
