A.R.T. & Trauma Therapy
About this Podcast:
In this episode of the Natasha Helfer Podcast, Sara Rands, ACMHC, and Dee-Dee Darby Duffin join to discuss A.R.T. and Trauma Therapy. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a trauma-informed therapy that uses guided eye movements to help the brain process and resolve distressing experiences, often without needing clients to relive or extensively talk about the trauma.
