Affirmations
Using mantras or affirmations have been proven to be an evidence-based mental health tool for improved wellness (physically, mentally and spiritually).
What you specifically recite when selecting a mantra is less important than the repeated focused attention. Through powerful, memorable, and concise mantras, we can train ourselves to consistently tap into our joy, strength, and fortitude. This is resiliency practice in the making. Join me for our monthly mantras, or come up with ones that resonate more deeply for you.
